Key points

Remastered version of Borderlands featuring improved lighting, textures, grapheme models, gameplay tweaks and all DLC from the original release.
Gratuitous for Steam owners of the original version, even if they don't own any of the original version's DLC.
Allows importing saves/characters from the original version.

A Vulkan-based translation layer for Direct3D 9/ten/11 intended for allowing 3D applications to run on Linux.
Works on all operating systems as long as your GPU supports Vulkan.
Fixes all performance bug with Borderlands, maintaining a consistent frame-charge per unit throughout and FPS increase around

Somewhat incompatible with ReShade since they both employ the aforementioned .dll'due south. Requires ENB Injection method to workaround this.

  1. Download DXVK here.
  2. Extract the contents of the dxvk-*.tar.gz file with 7zip or WinRAR.
  3. Re-create d3d11.dll and dxgi.dll from the x64 folder and paste information technology in the game'south executable folder ( <path-to-game>\Binaries\Win64).

The beneath two fixes should help alleviate some lag experienced while playing with other people.
Lock the frame rate to the same equally those you are playing with[fourteen]
